The find similar line work command uses a planar zoning algorithm first about the 2D geometry representation in the X and Y axis, then further about the Z axis when the Consider Z option is enabled. With the Consider Z option is disabled the following lines are determined to be similar and the flag has been placed at a zero Z elevation.
